Individual Counseling is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Family Counseling is designed to identify family patterns that contribute to relational conflict and communication issues. Family therapy is based on the belief that the family is a unique social system with its own structure and patterns of communication. These patterns are determined by many things, including the parents' beliefs and values, the personalities of all family members, and the influence of the extended family (grandparents, aunts, and uncles). As a result of these variables, each family develops its own unique personality, which is powerful and affects all of its members. Family therapy involves discussion and problem-solving sessions.

Couples or Marriage Counseling is offered to support people in relationships who may be considering separation or seeking improved intimacy and understanding. In couples counseling, the relationship is the focus, although each partner should also expect to focus on self-improvement and self-awareness.

Anger Management is training for temper control and is the skill of remaining calm and composed. It has been described as deploying anger successfully. We offer a 6-week and a 12-week program . Anger is frequently a result of frustration, or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something we feel to be important. Anger can also be a defensive response to underlying fear or feelings of vulnerability or powerlessness. Anger is a normal, natural human emotion. In our modern, high-stress environment, opportunities for anger abound, and few of us are immune to occasional angry outbursts. In fact, we all could probably benefit from anger management class training, since everyone experiences anger at some time. Curriculum based on the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Administration.
